Welding of turbine rotor materials
Palán, Marek ; Vaněk, Mojmír (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
This thesis deal with the basic problems of welding rotor materials. It describe the essence of welding and ways of detecting defects caused by welding. Furthermore, it is covered in more detail the formation of heterogeneous welds and the impact of individual elements in the weld on the properties of the resulting weld. It lists detailed breakdown of creep-resistant steels and principles of their heat resistance. The thesis gives an overview of welding used in welding rotor materials and various methods are described. The work also includes commissioning of thermal processes in welding. In the experimental part is evaluated macrostructure, hardness and the method used in the implementation of the cladding material 26NiCrMoV14-5.
Welding analysis of turbine rotor
Minář, Luděk ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
A research bachelor thesis analyzes possibilities of welding on turbine rotors with emphasis on efficiency, productivity and economy of welding procedure. The work evaluates presence of failures in weld joint and effort to prevent them. Characteristics of turbine materials, which resist to high service temperatures are presented on the literature sources basis. Concept of welded turbine rotor is preferred, because it has many advantages in using big steam turbines for power industry.
Verification of heat treatment on properties of progresive heat resisting steels
Volf, Ondřej ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is pre-welding process specification for heat reisisting T24 steel with TIG method. This is concerned welding waterwalls during construction electrical steam boilers. The main advantage T24 steel, except high heat resistance, is T24 doesn´t need to pre-heating neither post-welding heat treatment. Two tubes from T24 steel was flash welding and evaluating weld metal with several tests in this experiment. ALSTOM Power, s.r.o is submitter of this project.
Welding of heat - resistent steels by narrow gap SMAW method.
Lukosz, Ondřej ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
LUKOSZ Ondřej: Welding of heat - resistent steels by method SMAW into the narrow gap. The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch 2307. The project is submitting design of technology production of the weld procedure creep metal. It uses in manufactory power equipment. The power equipment, the type of steam turbine, uses steel 30CrMoNiV 5-11. The welding into the narrow gap has its specifics. The most important parameter is the choice of flux and filler metal. We must decide appropriate flux for convenient disposing of slag. Based on the literature study these problems were proposed the specified welding procedure, appropriate flux and appropriate additional material. For the experiment was selected appropriate temperature of preheating.
